Apollon is one of the members of the illustrious Gourmet Seven of the IGO. He is one of the seven "Taste Masters" chosen from the chief member-nations of the IGO. He can also judge the Surprise Level of a Surprise Apple just by looking at its face.
Appearance
He is a short middle-aged man with a very long black handlebar mustache. He carries with him a wooden cane and his attire consists of a very tall deep purple top hat and suit with a white shirt underneath and a primrose bow tie. He also wears a pair of round sunglasses, a ribbon badge on the left side of his chest and a pair of curly and pointy shoes.
Personality
He speaks in a weird way, by drawing out the vowels in many words.
Powers and Abilities
As with all members of the Gourmet Seven, they all have an unbelievable sense of taste, it is even said that they can recognize the taste of a single grain of sugar in a 25 meter pool.
History
Toriko's Break Arc
He is seen at the Surprise Apple Festival to determine the levels of Surprise Apples.
Autumn Break Arc (Filler)
He is one of the judges at the 50th Gourmet Service Competition.
Cooking Festival Arc
He is seen with the other Gourmet Seven at the Cooking Festival.
AIR Arc
A year and a half after the fall of the Meteor Spice, he was one of the many people who went to the World Kitchen to say their goodbyes to the Four Heavenly Kings and Komatsu before they set off to Gourmet World.
