This is a Warner Bros sound effect. it cannot be found in the Warner Bros. Sound Effects Library, from Sound Ideas. it was used extensively for engine 13½ "TOOTS" in the WB Short "Porky's Railroad". The whistle that is heard in this sound effect is said to be from Dunrobin Castle railway 0-4-4T "Dunrobin 2".
