This sound effect was originally part of the Major Records Sound Effects Library from Valentino but has since gone out of print after Valentino Music shut down in the early 2010s. It is a high-pitched version of Chimpanzees And Orangutans, from the same library. It is found on Sound Effects Volume 8 and Valentino Vintage SFX's album "Vintage SFX - Animals". This Sound was Recorded all likely from Elephants rather than Chimpanzees nor Orangutans.
