This is a rare sound effect that can not be found on any (already known) sound effects library, and it is going to be placed in the Unknown Sound Effects Library. The whistle that was heard is a Nathan 6 Chime and recorded from New Haven SY Class #3025 (formerly Knox and Kane Railroad #1658).
