This is a rare sound effect that can not be found on any (already known) sound effects library, and it is going to be placed in the Unknown Sound Effects Library. The whistle comes from a Reading 6 Chime whistle that sourced off from Strasburg (e.x. Great Western Railway of Colorado) #90.
