This is a rare sound effect that can not be found on any (already known) sound effects library, and it is going to be placed in the Unknown Sound Effects Library. The whistle that is heard in this sound effect is said to be from Rio Grande #168's hooter whistle, however #168 didn't operate in 1994. So, it probably came from a German Hooter sourced off from DRB Class (BR) 52-8038.
