This is a rare sound effect that can not be found on any (already known) sound effects library, and it is going to be placed in the Unknown Sound Effects Library. The whistle was recorded off from Talyllyn Railway Douglas #6. However, the possible was unlikely that fourth series of Thomas & Friends was started production in 1994.
