Storyline

In the town of Creation, the Swann Family are involved in illegal arms trading and leverage their influence in the town to cover themselves. Ezekiel Swann is the senator, Jesse (older son) is the sheriff, and Elvis (younger son) is the arms dealer. Elvis has been using Harry's mine to take weapons from a military depot. They manage to access an underground tunnel and start secretly funneling weapons out to sell them to arms dealers. When Harry finds out, he is killed, and they blame it on a mine collapse. Things get complicated when Jesse calls Harry's daughter Parker (his ex) and informs her of Harry's "accidental" death, motivating her to come home.

A highly skilled military combatant and investigator, Parker begins to notice Elvis' use of machine guns and people snooping into her family property. Elvis' men are caught trespassing in Harry's cave and Parker takes action. His henchmen later burn Harry's bar (Maria's) down to the ground. Parker gives chase and attacks the arsonists but ends up arrested. In jail, Parker realizes Jesse and the whole Swann Family are connected to her father's death. The Swanns realize they can't let Parker go as she knows too much, so they try to beat her into compliance. However, she resists interrogation and delays long enough to escape her cuffs and takes Ezekiel as a hostage in the process. Parker manages to escape by taking a police cruiser, but she succumbs to her injuries and crashes. Mike (Parker's friend) finds her crashed at his property and hides her so she can recover in his secret weed lab. After 3 days of recovery, Parker is eager for pay back and collects enough weapons to wage war.

Meanwhile, Ghost (mercenary) has paid the Swanns money in advance for those weapons, and they aren't delivered. When pressed on the matter, Ezekiel admits he already spent the money on his re-election campaign. She infiltrates the Swann compound and confronts Ezekiel, getting answers for what happened to her father before killing him. At the mine, she fights and kills Elvis by knife combat. Friends of Parker and Harry arrive to help Parker see her mission through and discover the military depot exit. Jesse arrives with a grenade in his hand, desperate to take control of the situation. Parker offers to help him, but he realizes there's no happy ending for him and he shoves her away before blowing himself up. With the Swann Family dead, Parker is able to move on with her life.
