An Image of Varan, the Kaiju monster which usually emits these roars in question.
Other Toho's Kaiju monsters with the same roar are: Gorosaurus, Baragon and Megalon.
Info.
This sound effect was originally used in the first Godzilla movie, when Godzilla dies near the end of the film. The screeching sound he makes was originally used in the first Rodan movie, when Rodan is attacking Fukuoka. Later it was edited and reused for other kaijus like Varan, Baragon, Gorosaurus, and Megalon.
