An image of the Heisei King Ghidorah.

This is a Toho sound effect from the Godzilla franchise. It is an edited and high pitched version of Toho, Rodan Roar.

Info

For Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, Toho decided to give King Ghidorah a new roar, rather than reusing his cackling roar from the Showa era. For King Ghidorah's new roar, Toho modified Rodan's roar to sound more dragon-like and metallic by multi-tuning it in both high and low pitches. This version of King Ghidorah's roar was modified and reused for the character in Rebirth of Mothra 3. Some of Mecha-King Ghidorah's roars are used for this version of King Ghidorah in the video game titled, GigaBash, for when he goes S-Class or when he uses his Ultimate form.
