Storyline

"Every thousand years, on a hidden island, a race of mighty warriors set sail to re-conquer the world; These are the voyages of The Thunderbeards!" The short stars one of the youngest of the troop, named Beetle-Nut. He aspires to be a part of the vast adventures like his peers, namely Lars and King Anders, however as he is still young without facial hair, he gets excluded out of the group. Freja, Beetle-Nut's best friend on the ship, is able to sympathize with being without a beard, as she is the only female on board; Amongst, the youngest to have anything remotely qualifying as a beard is Anders' son, Anderson. After a hearty breakfast, the wind alerts them to a location unfamiliar to them and their means of verbal identification; Baltimore, MD, where they find a giant operated construction equipment thing and mistake it for a three-headed beast. They end up destroying the thing thanks to Beetle-Nut's quick thinking, however Anders was unable to witness the fouling, as Anderson ends up taking the credit. Lars however was no fool, and congratulated Beetle-Nut on his adventurous skills of that day. Beetle-Nut may grow a beard sooner than he thinks.
