The Fujis is a 2005 short claymation film inspired by the films of Aardman Animations.
Summary
The short introduces a group of four orange creatures called the Fujis - Wensleydale, who, despite his name, wasn't made of cheese, conjoined twins Runt and Rex (named after Rex the Runt), giant, big-tusked Argonaut, and noisy Stereo. The narrator explains that he hasn't thought the story through, and is on a tight schedule. He attempts to draw feet for the Fujis, but is unable to and eventually gives up. The narrator explains that the Fujis are given their species name from living on Mt. Fuji. One day, the Fujis were kicked out by an angry samurai, sending them flying halfway across the world, and landing on a pirate ship. There, they encounter pirates, which the narrator makes various combinations out of, until the pirates became "ninja-pirate-wizard-monkey-fairy-pancakes". After Argonaut quickly defeats the pancakes by eating them, he spits out a shuriken, which flies into Wensleydale's eye; then Argonaut coughs up a wizard hat, which Stereo excitedly wears while dancing in a brief parody scene of "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" from Fantasia. The Fujis begin to set off around the world on the pirate ship, but the narrator, unable to continue the story further, hastily ends the story, and his footsteps are heard quickly leaving.
