The Cartoonstitute is the 2nd series showcasing shorts / pilots for Cartoon Network (since What a Cartoon!), developed by Rob Renzetti & Craig McCracken.
Some of the shorts, like Uncle Grandpa & Regular Show, spun off into their own series, but most of the shorts were never finished or included pitches that Cartoon Network rejected (such as Star vs. the Forces of Evil and Wander Over Yonder, which Disney chose to produce in the end).
Most of the produced shorts are available online (more or less officially) but don't have credits to indicate the sound creatives/services involved; a few, like Danger Planet, were released as part of Cartoon Network's "Minisodes" online.
