Test Drive: Off-Road 3 (also known in Europe as 4x4 World Trophy) is a video game developed by Infogrames North America and Xantera and published by Infogrames North America and Infogrames Multimedia. It was released for the PC, PlayStation 1, and Game Boy Color in 1999 and 2000. This game was also planned to be released for the Sega Dreamcast, but for unknown reasons, it was cancelled.
