It is very similar to Sound Ideas, SHIP, HORN - BLAST, MARINE, BOAT 01 from Series 1000 Sound Effects Library.
It's also the same track as Pro Sound Effects, Ship Horn, Giant, Low End Blast, Phat, which was made by Pro Sound Effects.
