Sound Effect Description

Subaluwa! Sumo Sound was initially just a voice line preformed by Canadian voice actor Lee Tockar[1][2]. It debuted in a short called "Genie Junkie", for a Liquid Television episode which aired on July 27, 1994. On January 25, 1999, The voice line would eventually become a sound effect that comedically represents physical exertion and/or anger from an individual, Which precedes an impact against another person or thing. It is most known for being occasionally used in Danny Antonucci's animated series, "Ed, Edd n' Eddy", starting with the episode "Virt-Ed-Go". An extended version of the effect, similar to the 1st half, is now partially lost.
