This is a rare sound effect heard only in SpongeBob SquarePants. It's a recording of SpongeBob creator Stephen Hillenberg blowing into a conch shell. Although this recording was first used in Season 5, it's more than likely it was recorded between Seasons 1 and 3. The last conch shell blow in the track was later isolated and released on its own as HUMAN, BLOW - CONCH SHELL HORN: BLOW 01 on the Series 6000 Extension VI Sound Effects Library.
