This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. It was created by Vladimir Kutuzov or someone from "Festival" band (since only musicians of this band uses Roland SH-1000 synthesizer). This sound is known to be used only in two shorts by Soyuzmultfilm.
The sound effect of it contains Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000, Zips Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000, Sawing and Twang Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000, Bongo and Twang Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000, Slide Up Accent Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000, Bongo Roll Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000 Slide Down Accent Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000, Falling Down mixed with Soyuzmultfilm Roland SH-1000, Slide Up and Twang which were used in short film Flying Ship (1979).
