This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. It was originally created by sound engineer Vladimir Kutuzov in 1977-1978 using a EMS Synthi 100 synth. This sound was partially debuted in animated short "The Invisible Hat" (rus. Шапка-невидимка) from theatrical "Fitil'" series (rus. Фитиль). Later, this sound was used by Azerbaijanfilm and Sverdlovsk Television Studio. It used for UFO landings and take-offs and teleportations.
