This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. It was originally created by sound engineer Vladimir Kutuzov in 1977-1978 using a EMS Synthi 100 synth. This sound was debuted in animated short "Legends of Peruvian Indians" (rus. Легенды Перуанских индейцев). Later, this sound was used by Sverdlovsk Television Studio.
The sound is same as Soyuzmultfilm EMS Synthi 100, Crawling 01.
