This sound effect can be found on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It's an alternate variation of 02. It was originally an MGM sound effect used in the mid to late 50s Tom & Jerry and Droopy cartoons in Cinemascope. It should not be confused with BOING, CARTOON - METAL WOBBLE BOING 02 on the Warner Bros. Sound Effects Library.
