It is a low quality version of Animals - Isolated lion roar 02/HookSounds, Big cat bellowing in cage SFX. Despite being labelled as a tiger sound, the sound effect was more likely provided by a leopard, and probably from the same one as TIGER - ANGRY GROWLS, ANIMAL, CAT on the same library. A variant of this exists on the Wild World of Animals Sound Effects Library as ANIMAL, TIGER - ROARING, CAT.
