This sound effect can be found on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It's a very high pitched version of SQUIRT, CARTOON - WATER SQUIRT 02, and sounds similar to, but should not be confused with the SKYWALKER GRENADE LAUNCHING SOUND.
