This sound effect can be found on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It shouldn't be confused with ELECTRICITY, SPARK - HIGH VOLTAGE SPARKS, CONTINUOUS ARCING, ELECTRICAL 03 from The General Series 6000 Sound Effects Library, or with Electricity Arcing 1 PE200101 from The Premiere Edition Volume 1, which sounds somewhat similar. It first debuted on January 29, 1959 in the Huckleberry Hound short "Barbecue Hound".
