This sound effect can be found on the Warner Bros. Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It's an effect recorded by Harman-Ising sound man Fred McAlpin, which was acquired by Treg Brown along with much of the other effects created during the H-I era of WB cartoons when he became the studio's editor in 1936. There also exist a few other takes of this effect heard in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies not available on the Warner Brothers library.
