This sound effect can be found on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It is identical to TWANG, CARTOON - HEAVY BOW TWANG, but with an arrow hit sound before the twang. It also sounds similar to SNAP, CARTOON - POP AND BIG SNAP WITH BOING, only without the siren whistle and boing sounds.
