This is a Skywalker Sound and/or George Watters II sound effect. It includes SKYWALKER COUGAR GROWL 01 as for example. Although it was used in some films with Christopher Boyes, it seems to attribute to those with George Watters II on the project. It may be a processed version of SKYWALKER, WHOOSH - ARTILLERY FALL 01.
