This is a Skywalker Sound sound effect. It was created by Gary Rydstrom, and it debuted in Toy Story (1995). It should not be confused with the nearly identical sounding Sound Ideas, CARTOON, HORN - BICYCLE HORN, THREE QUICK TOOTS or Sound Ideas, HORN, BICYCLE - BULB HORN: SINGLE HONK, TOY.
