These are Skywalker Sound sound effects mainly used for the Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park 3 (2001). Originally used in Dinosaur (2000) as some of the growls of the Carnotaurus. They were created by Christopher Boyes. And it was created by mixing the low guttural sounds of a lion and an alligator, a bear cub crying, and a lengthened cry of a large bird (vulture) that gave the roars a raspy quality.
It is probably included in SKYWALKER, MONSTER - DISTORTED SCREECH.
