This is a Skywalker Sound sound effect. It is used for Roz's movement sound in Monsters, Inc. (2001). Created by Gary Rydstrom for Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991). It shouldn't be confused with Sound Ideas, ANIMAL, CREATURE - SLIMY, CRAWLING MASS from The General Series 6000 Sound Effects Library, which sounds somewhat similar.
