This is a Star Wars/Skywalker Sound sound effect that debuted in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). It’s used in a slightly modified version of the WB ricochet at -12 pitch to accent the explosion, but the tail of the ricochet's descent is held up a little, and this should not be confused with SKYWALKER LASER BLAST SOUND.
