These are sound effects that were created by Skywalker Sound and/or George Watters II. They were made by Christopher Boyes and/or Matthew Wood, and they debuted in The Rock (1996). The car that was used for the recordings was likely that of the 1996 Ferrari F355 Spider that was seen in the film these sounds debuted.
