This is a Tollin/Robbins, Schneider's Bakery, It's a Laugh Productions, Kevin & Heath Productions and Kenwood TV Productions sound effect that has not been released on any commercial or professional sound effects libraries.
The effects were owned by Sound One Inc. and are used by laugh mixers Craig Porter, John Bicklehaupt, and Jack Donato.
These crowd sounds are mostly found on many US sitcoms and sketch comedy shows, as well as some clip/ variety shows, and even some game shows that uses a multi-camera format. Many of these stock crowd sounds (laughter/ applause/ cheers) that most people are familiar with today didn’t start to become common until the mid-to-late 1990s and early 2000s, and are still being used to this day. This is especially the case for many live action shows produced by the Disney Channel and Nickelodeon, as both networks are notorious for reusing the same stock laugh tracks/ audience reactions in their sitcoms and sketch comedy shows, even using the same crowd sounds within minutes or seconds of each other.
