This is a Roland sound effect that was originally a sample of the Roland L-CDP-04 Orchestral Winds patch "FLT: Flutter 5". This patch was introduced on the sample library, Roland L-CDP-04 Orchestral Winds, released in 1993 and later integrated into Roland L-CDX-03 Brass & Woodwinds in 2000 to be compatible with the Roland XV-5080.
