It's a higher quality version of the 2nd take from Comedy effect - plops, bongs and springs., a Capitol Records effect which was later separated into ARROW, CARTOON - BUNG ZIP BOW/TWANG, CARTOON - HOYT'S BOW TWANG and BOING, CARTOON - BIG, LONG BOING.
