Percy Whistle

This sound effect is a train whistle used for the character, Percy, since 1984. Like all the steam whistle sound effects from the first three series, This whistle sound was made using the "Whistle" preset on a Roland Jupiter 6 synthesiser. It is the same as Edward Whistle, but at +12 high pitch.
