This sound effect can be found on Universe of Sounds, which was made by OMI. It is a lower pitched version of HIT, CARTOON - BIG HEAD BONK. This version of the sound may have actually been taken directly from It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (1966) (specifically the scene where Linus faints after seeing the Great Pumpkin), as the slight pitch distortion at the end is identical.
