Need for Speed: High Stakes, also known as Need for Speed: Road Challenge in Europe (excluding France and Germany) and Over Drivin' IV in Japan, is a 1999 racing game developed by Electronic Arts Canada (PlayStation) and Electronic Arts Seattle (PC). The game is the fourth entry in the Need for Speed franchise.
