This is a newer realistic thunder sound effect that has not yet been released on any commercial or professional sound effects libraries. It may have possibly been recorded at Warner Bros. Sound or Glenwood Editorial for use in animated TV shows Warner Bros. Animation or Warner Bros. Sound had some hand in during the 1990s and 2000s, that is, if it wasn't part of the Skywalker Sound or Weddington Productions/Soundelux libraries.
