Metropolis Street Racer, commonly abbreviated as MSR, is a 2000 racing game developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Sega as a Sega Dreamcast exclusive. This game then became the groundwork for Bizarre Creations' next game, Project Gotham Racing, released a year later.
