Lionelville - Destination: Adventure! is a 2009 direct-to-video kid's film that was produced by French animation and production company Moonscoop, and directed by David Much Fassett.
Synopsis
On the eve of Lionel's annual Christmas display, a fiendish plot to steal the company's breakthrough technology goes awry, ripping a hole in the fabric of time and space. Years later, teenage twins Nancy and Bobby Pullmor seek to uncover what happened that night, embarking on a perilous journey to an enchanted world where Lionel's spectacular displays have literally come to life.
