This is a rare sound effect used by Kiyevnautchfilm. This sound was recorded by sound engineer Leonid Moroz and debuted in the David Cherkassky's animated short "Around the World Involuntarily" (rus. Вокруг света поневоле). It was used for every fallings, mostly in David Cherkassky's works.
