The Joel Valentine Falling Whistle Sound is a common falling/air whistling sound effect. Its roots and relative libraries, among other info, are yet to be announced, but it was originally an anime sound effect. It's usually used by Joel Valentine and composes itself of 2 descending whistles, one of which sounds like a higher-pitched variation of the sound.
