Jeff Hutchins Scratching Sound

This is a rare sound effect used by Jeff Hutchins. It's unknown if Jeff created these or not, as it is primarily featured in his work and there is no recorded use of it prior to Spongebob. It is possible that he created the sound and, like a few other sounds of his, was subsequently borrowed by Hacienda Post and/or Tom Syslo, as it is featured in a couple of works that Jeff had no involvement in.
