Hunter is a television police procedural drama show created by Frank Lupo. It starred Fred Dryer as Sergeant Rick Hunter and Stepfanie Kramer as his partner Sergeant Dee Dee McCall, two LAPD detectives who frequently bent the rules to solve crimes. In a manner of speaking, it was essentially television's equivalent to Dirty Harry.
