Hiroki Nozaki (野崎博樹) is a sound effects designer/editor who is best known for his work on anime series such as Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt and PaRappa the Rapper: The Animation. Along with Takahiko Kanamaru, he formerly belonged to Otojuku. He currently works at Chura Sound.
