Hidenori Arai (新井秀徳 Arai Hidenori) is a Japanese sound effect editor/designer responsible who has made sound effects for various anime series, such as Dr. Slump, Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, etc. He formerly worked for Fizz Sound Creation, along with Akihiko Matsuda and Mutsuhiro Nishimura.
