Savage Planet
The first double length episode follows the adventure of the new Hero Rocka and the rest of Team Alpha 1 as they save the jungle planet Quatros from a villain called the Witch Doctor.
Breakout
In the second double length episode, a villian called Voltix is captured and put into Villian Storage. Turns out that he tricked Rocka and the other heroes into capturing him so that he can release the villain called Von Nebula from the Black Hole Staff that he was imprisoned into during the "Von Nebula" episode. Voltix breaks the staff and a black hole is created, allowing all the captured villains to escape from their prison.
Due to this massive breakout, the Hero Factory is forced to send each hero to recapture each of the escaped villians separately. Each hero is upgraded with mission specific features along with upgraded Hero Cuffs and sent to capture the villains. Rocka though stays behind for some reason, making him the only hero to not be sent out on a mission.
After all heroes are sent on their missions, a mysterious villain called the Black Phantom enters the facility through the hole in the Villian Storage created from the black hole earlier.
Later, we watch as the heroes battle the villains as Zib and Quadal are suspicious that not a single villain went into hiding after escaping. Turns out this was the Black Phantom's plan all along so that he could take over the Hero Factory and steal its blueprints. After stealing them he would build a Villain Factory to make an army and then destroy the Hero Factory so no heroes could stop him. Zib correctly assumes that Black Phantom's plan won't work since the Quaza would recognize his villainy. Black Phantom does indeed have a solution for that due to his Anti Quaza which he then uses to power down all the employees at the Hero Factory.
At the same time that Black Phantom's plan is discovered by Zib, Black Phantom locks down all areas of the Hero Factory, including Villain Storage. This alerts Rocka who was checking the Black Hole Staff. He calls up Zib who says that they're running a Core Breach Drill but Rocka correctly suspects something big is happening.
He makes his way through the facility while fighting Black Phantom's robo-bug minions. Eventually he makes his way to Mr. Makuro's office to deactivate the Failsafe Shield around the Hero Factory.
After this, the heroes return from their missions only to find the Failsafe Shield is still up. Just then, Rocka is able to deactivate the shield and the heroes make their way inside the Hero Assembly Tower to find Black Phantom powering himself up in order to destroy the entire factory! Black Phantom's robo-bugs battle the heroes while Rocka battles Black Phantom himself. Rocka tries to unplug Black Phantom from the power cables, but one of the heroes (called Evo) tells him to plug Black Phantom in more which causes Black Phantom to become overloaded with energy and greatly injures him, allowing him to be arrested by the heroes and the factory is saved.
Though the heroes were able to stop the Black Phantom from destroying the Hero Factory, the blueprints for the entire factory were sent to an unknown destination where we see the familiar hand of a certain villain receiving these blueprints as he laughs...
