This is a rare sound effect that is not available on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library. It's the second part of Sound Ideas, EXPLOSION - MORTAR FIRE WHEEL AND EXPLOSION, and is the same effect as Pro Sound Effects, Penguin Slide, Comical Pulsing Buzz, Bouncy Rubbing Movement, Descending Pitch, Grinding Halt. It's most often used in Spümcø projects.
