Furby Cliffhanger Cartoons from old Furby.com website
'Furby Cliffhanger Cartoons' is an online web animated series produced by Tiger Electronics and XBX Effective Web Solutions (except for the first installment). Running for six and a half episodes, it was a series where a story would play out involving one or more Furbies getting into some kind of situation (such as being marooned on the moon after flying in a space rocket, sinking into quicksand in the jungle, being stuck in a collapsing window scaffold on a tall skyscraper, etc.) Kids could then submit their own story ideas on how the Furby (or Furbies) would get out of trouble, and the best one would be chosen to be animated into an ending resolving the story, thanking the submitter at the end. The cartoons first premiered on Furby.com in 1999 and remained online until 2003, with the series being cancelled in late 2000 with the final story unresolved.
